Balanced

Not 100%, but still challenging

Survival

• Enemies have 100% HP

Extreme

• Any gear you lose will be gone for good

There are two additional settings, namely Rage and Custom. Rage is currently locked, while Custom lets you adjust certain settings to fine-tune the experience to your liking.
