Location of Mine Manager in Escape From Duckov
You can find the Mine Manager in the Gas Station above the Hidden Mine, which is in the southeast corner of Farm Town. He mostly roams deep inside the Gas Station area, but can also sometimes be spotted near the Hidden Mine, fighting other Scavengers. Like most other bosses, he does not have a guaranteed spawn chance, so you might have to visit the area a few times to encounter him.

Overview of Mine Manager in Escape From Duckov
The Mine Manager is a boss with low health and defense due to his lack of armor, but excels in offense. He uses an StG 77A3, which is an upgraded version of the basic StG 77. Moreover, he uses Armor Piercing ammo, which can shred through your armor in seconds. However, the difficult part of this fight is dealing with his guards.
The boss is always accompanied by five high-ranking Mercenaries, each wielding either an AK-74U or MP-155 shotgun. When you are detected, all of the guards start shooting at you, making it very difficult to aim at the Mine Manager himself.
Tips To Easily Defeat Mine Manager in Escape From Duckov
Due to the high difficulty of this boss, here are some tips you can use to make the fight easier:
- It is highly recommended to bring a few explosives to this fight, such as grenades and dynamites. You should start the fight by throwing a well-placed explosive at his guards, which can make the rest of the combat much easier.
- Avoid using close-range weapons, as getting close to the guards without taking damage is very difficult. You should use Assault Rifles and Sniper Rifles to take down each guard one by one before moving onto the boss.
- Bring lots of healing items, as you are most likely to face other enemies in the area before you can target the boss or his guards.
- Use various Injectors based on the build you are using. The temporary buffs can help you a lot during this fight.
- Take your time and run away if you need to. You can always come back to the area after a bit when the enemies stop searching for you.
- Avoid shooting the Mine Manager on his head, as you won’t be able to obtain his eye to unlock the high-tier loot area.
