- 1x Circuit Board: You can get one in any random crate, but consoles have a high rate of dropping electrical components.

- 2x Metal Plate: You can often find it in Toolboxes.
After you have all the items, use the workbench in your hideout to build the Key Registration Device. After you make it, interact with the machine and insert a key to register it.
