In Escape From Duckov, “The Strange Sanatorium” is a quest where you have to check out an apparently haunted building for strange occurrences. However, you have to go there at night to check out if the rumours about the ghosts are true. While the quest objective itself isn’t challenging, it is time-sensitive, so you have to be mindful of the clock while approaching this mission when it’s dark.
To help you out, here’s how you can complete “The Strange Sanatorium” quest in Escape From Duckov.
How To Complete The Strange Sanatorium Quest in Escape From Duckov
To complete “The Strange Sanatorium” quest, you need to stand in front of the Sanatorium in Farm Town at midnight. Additionally, you have to bring a flashlight, as the mission requires you to check the spot while holding one. The main challenge of this mission is that it must be completed between 23:00 and 00:59, leaving you limited time during the night.
The Sanatorium is located on the eastern side of Farm Town, so leave the base at around 12:00 to easily make it to the marked spot shown in the image above. Note that you have to stand on the road outside the Sanatorium. If you go further inside, Ghost enemies will attack and can easily defeat you.
Lastly, it is recommended to take out any nearby enemies roaming around the front of the building, since you’ll need to stand on the marked spot for quite a while. Also, be cautious of the Spider enemies that only appear at night. Once you complete the mission objective, it’s best to extract from the Hidden Mines located to the east of the Sanatorium.

When you complete the quest and return to the hideout, talk to Vogo to receive the following rewards:
- 1500 Currency
- 1500 Experience
