“I got my hands on some handy weapon blueprints from a friend. Fragments of them are stashed in dump trucks at the Central Farm in the Warehouse Area, the Lumber Mill, and the northern end of the Western Factory. Go find them, and I’ll have Xiaoming restore them.”

How To Complete the Weapon Blueprint Quest in Escape From Duckov
The objectives for the Weapon Blueprint quest in Escape From Duckov revolve around three places within the Warehouse map: Western Factory, Lumber Mill, and Central Farmhouse.
Starting with the Western Factory, after launching your raid, you must travel to the northern entrance of this location. You will find a dump truck there that contains the first fragment of the MF Blueprint, near the gate.
The Lumber Mill is the next location that you must visit. There will be yet another dump truck there in the open. Search near it to find the second fragment of the MF Blueprint.
At last, go to the Central Farmhouse area of the map to round up the objective. At this point, you know the pattern, search for the third dump truck in the area to find the last remaining fragment of the MF Blueprint.
Always be on the high alert as enemies and even bosses might spawn near the locations. Once you have all three fragments, extract them as soon as possible. Return to your base and submit the fragments back to Jeff to complete the Weapon Blueprint quest in Escape From Duckov.
