Pickaxes in Abyss Miner
You start with the Rusty Pickaxe, but you’ll quickly want to upgrade. Pickaxes are reliable, balanced tools ideal for early to mid-game.

The MXplr. Tier-2 is easily the best standard pickaxe. It has huge power without sacrificing speed or cooldown, making it great for both mining and combat.

Heavy Pickaxes trade some cooldown time for high raw power. You’ll need whistles to unlock most of them.

The Spiral Drill of Abyss has near-zero cooldown and extreme speed. It’s the best tool for efficient mining, but it’s also one of the hardest to obtain.
Fist Tool
Only one fist tool is available for now:
- Core Breaker ($37,500, requires Red Whistle): A power-focused melee tool with 150 power and decent cooldown.
Shovels/Spears
- Black Steel Shovel ($250,000, Magma Cave Shop, Moon Whistle): Technically a spear, this is one of the most powerful tools in the game with 320 power and a fast 0.75 cooldown.
