How To Get Faraway Iron Ore in Fantasy Life i The Girl Who Steals Time
The first thing you need to know is that it’s completely pointless to search for this material in the Mysteria Capital or at Eternia Village. Similarly, you’ll yield no results if you search for the Faraway Iron in the first few regions of Ginormosia. Instead, you should directly proceed to Faraway Island if you’re looking to farm this specific material. This is the second major zone that opens up in the game.
In the Faraway Island zone, you’ll need to head into the Lulab Forest region. You’ll access this area during the third chapter of the game, so be on the lookout for Faraway Iron Ore during this time.
However, you can also get the material in certain parts of Ginormosia. You’ll need to head to the following areas within this huge map to locate the material:
- Pettlewing Woods, located on the eastern coast of Ginormosia
- Wingtip Valley, which is in the northernmost part of the zone’s map
You can access these areas in Ginormosia at any point. However, we recommend heading there when you’re around Level 20. Before making this perilous and long journey, make sure you upgrade your Mining Life significantly.
Lastly, you can also get Faraway Iron Ore from certain vendors. For instance, the Alessa Farm Material Shop on Faraway Island has some of the resource for sale at 80 Dosh apiece. Or, you can visit Marco’s Shop at Base Camp to get the material at a similar price.
