Best Rime Build in Fellowship: Overview
Rime’s frost focused skills and abilities encourage a builder-spender kit. You’ll need to build up her resources before she can unleash an explosive attack, whether for large scale AoE damage or against a single target. Using her core spells will generate a resource called Anima. Accumulate enough Anima, and they’ll convert to Winter Orbs. The latter are the resources that you’ll be able to use to cast some of Rime’s burst damage dealing abilities.
Core Mechanics
As we stated earlier, the primary mechanic of this build involves using core skills that first generate the Anima and Winter Orbs. Once you have enough of those resources in stock, the build then focuses on spending them by unleashing Rime’s most powerful attacks. When you have two Winter Orbs, you can either cast Ice Comet for AoE scenarios or Glacial Blast to deal massive damage to a specific target. A player who’s mastered Rime will be able to cycle through the skill cooldowns to ensure constant Winter Orbs generation. Upon sufficient resource availability, they’ll also be able to use the correct Winter Orb dependent skill from the two options available.
