In Fisch on Roblox, not all fish are created equal. While some can be reeled in with little effort, others, like the Great White Shark, demand precision, timing, and the right gear. This Mythical rarity fish is among the hardest to catch in the game and only appears during a specific event.

It doesn’t help that even during the event, there are multiple shark types competing for your bait. Subsequently, with the right rod, bait, and a bit of patience, it’s absolutely doable.

Catch Great White Shark in Fisch Roblox

To catch the Great White Shark in Fisch, wait for the Shark Hunt Event to start. This is the only time the shark becomes available. When the event begins, the game will display a notification that says, “A Great White Shark Has Been Spotted In The Ocean.” Unlike other marine events like Orca or Whale Migrations, the Shark Hunt occurs in a fixed location. Look for a shark circling the water to find the right spot.

Once there, cast your line and prepare for multiple attempts. The event includes three different shark species, so it may take a few tries to hook the Great White. Use Fish Head as bait. If you don’t have any, purchase Quality Bait Crates from merchants on Terrapin Island or Atlantis for 525 coins. These crates offer a chance to obtain the required bait.

Preferred weather for catching the Great White Shark is clear skies, and the ideal season is autumn. There’s no specific time of day required, so you can focus entirely on weather and season conditions.

When it bites, the shark applies a -30% progress speed debuff. To counter this, you need a rod with high resilience and luck. The best options are the Heaven’s Rod and the Rod of the Forgotten Fang. Heaven’s Rod offers 225% luck and 30% resilience, while the Rod of the Forgotten Fang provides 145% luck and 25% resilience, along with higher lure speed and slightly better control. Both can handle the shark’s weight without issues.

With bait, timing, and gear in place, your chances of catching the Great White Shark improve significantly.
