How To Get Enchant Relics in Fisch
Enchant Relics are essential for improving fishing rods in Fisch. You can obtain them in two ways: by fishing or by purchasing them from Merlin. Each method has its advantages and drawbacks.
Fishing for Enchant Relics
Enchant Relics can be caught while fishing, but the chances are low. The drop rate is 1 in 500, meaning you might have to catch hundreds of fish before reeling one in. However, the process is straightforward.
- Fish in any location using any rod and bait.
- Look for a green-blue exclamation mark (!) above your character’s head when you hook something.
- If you see this color, you have caught an Enchant Relic.
- Carefully reel it in to secure it.
This method does not require spending money, but it relies entirely on luck.
Buying Enchant Relics from Merlin
If you want a guaranteed way to get an Enchant Relic, visit Merlin. He is an NPC vendor located in Sunstone Island. To reach him, follow these steps:
- Spawn a boat by speaking to the Shipwright NPC.
- Sail to Sunstone Island, marked by the Sunstone text on the ocean map.
- Find the wooden ladder near the Shipwright NPC and climb it.
- Take a left turn and walk to Merlin’s Hut at coordinates X: -943, Y: 218, Z: -982.
Merlin will sell you an Enchant Relic for 11,000 C$, but only if you meet the following requirement:
- You must be level 30 or higher.
When speaking to Merlin, select “Power” when he asks what you seek. This will allow you to purchase the relic. Buying from Merlin costs currency, but it saves time compared to fishing.
Where To Use Enchant Relics
After obtaining an Enchant Relic, go to the Keeper’s Altar near the Statue of Sovereignty. Interact with the altar to activate the relic. This will apply a random enchantment to your fishing rod.
Enchantments improve various aspects of fishing, such as luck, lure speed, and fish size. Some enchantments even allow fishing in restricted areas.
