This is a ranking of all the ranged weapons in the game:

Here are the reasons behind each of their rankings. Each bow has the same Speed and Stun stat. The varying factor for these will be the damage and critical stats, along with any special effect.

Wolf Stringer

This is not only one of the best bows, but also one of the best weapons overall in Grounded 2. It has a massive 30% bow damage multiplier. This is the highest out of any weapon in the game, which promptly earns it the top spot. All the other ranged weapons have a 15% or lower damage multiplier, which puts this weapon into perspective.

Additionally, it also has a slightly higher critical chance compared to the rest of the options on this list.

Bushwacker

Cheap Shot: Deal extra damage against enemies at full health.

This is one of many Unique Weapons in the game. It has a 15% bow damage multiplier, which is less than the Wolf Stringer. However, being a Unique weapon gives it a certain perk. You deal bonus damage if you shoot an enemy that is at full health.

This effect is great for lower and mid level enemies in the game. However, it is not justified in the late game, when enemies will take multiple hits to go down. Instead, you will likely want to start the battle with this weapon but use some other weapon to continue the battle. For this reason, it excels against weaker enemies but falls off significantly against stronger foes.

It also has a lower critical rate compared to the Wolf Stringer.

Spider Stringer

This is a bow with also a 15% damage multiplier, similar to the Bushwacker. However, it will be placed in a slot below the previously mentioned weapon due to one reason. The Spider Stringer does not have any unique effect to its name. Therefore, in essence, it is just a Bushwacker, without its damage-boosting effect.

This weapon’s critical rate is comparable to the above mentioned, Bushwacker. However, this is still not the worst option that you can use.

Sprig Bow

This is the worst bow in the game, for a number of reasons. Although you can craft this weapon quite early, so that could be treated as a plus point. This weapon has a 0% bow damage multiplier, which makes it an obvious choice for the last place on this list. Although the game is still in Early Access, it is still unlikely that we will get a bow worse than this one.

If anything, this bow will likely get buried even lower once more weapons are added to the game. For now, it will be sitting at the last place on this list. Those were all the Ranged Weapons ranked in Grounded 2.
