While exploring the deadly terrains of Grounded 2, you will encounter threats in every corner. Managing your health is crucial to surviving in Brookhollow Park. While the bandages serve as a basic option for healing initially, their effects are interrupted if you are hit. That’s where advanced healing items come in.
While most Smoothies allow you to recover health, Hedge Lord stands out among them. It significantly enhances your healing capabilities, making it ideal for survival in dire situations. Here is how you can get and use the Hedge Lord in Grounded 2.

How To Unlock Hedge Lord in Grounded 2
To unlock the Hedge Lord recipe, you will need Blueberry Chunk, which can be obtained by chopping Blueberries. You can find Blueberries in abundance in the southeast corner of the Ice Cream Cart, hanging from the tree branches. While some can be reached with jumping melee attacks, others require you to use a bow and arrows to knock them down.
Once they fall to the ground, approach and chop them to collect Blueberry Chunks. Head to the Resource Analyzer and analyze the Blueberry Chunk to unlock Hedge Lord, along with Blueberry Chair and Blueberry Leather.
How To Use Hedge Lord in Grounded 2
To craft Hedge Lord, you will also require other items like Aphid Honeydew and Mite Fuzz, which can be acquired as follows:
- Aphid Honeydew: Found on the ground near the surroundings of the Snackbar Front, dropped by Aphids.
- Mite Fuzz: Acquired by killing Lawn Mites. You can usually find them near the Ranger Outpost at the Snackbar Front, particularly roaming around the trenches.
Once you have acquired Blueberry Chunk (1), Aphid Honeydew (1), and Mite Fuzz (1), head to the Smoothie Station. Select the Hedge Lord from the list of Smoothies and hit the craft option.
Hedge Lord provides two healing effects: Trickle Regen and Heal. Trickle Regen regenerates your health gradually over time, similar to the Bandaged effect. The Heal effect instantly restores part of your health. These combined healing effects make Hedge Lord one of the best healing items in the game, perfect for surviving intense and tough encounters.
