Different Healing Items in Grounded 2

Restoring health primarily comes from two effects in Grounded 2: Bandaged and Heals. The Bandaged effect restores your HP gradually over time, but the effect stops when interrupted by a hit. On the other hand, the Heals effects instantly restore your character’s health.
Early game items like Fiber Bandage, Blueberry Bandage, and Lingonberry Bandage provide the Bandaged effects. You can craft these bandages with:
- Fiber Bandage: 1x Sap and 1x Plant Fiber
- Blueberry Bandage: 1x Blueberry Leather and 1x Caterpillar Goop
- Lingonberry Bandage: 1x Lingonberry Leather and 1x Garden Snail Slime
In addition to the Bandaged effect, the Lingonberry Bandage also grants resistance to the Sizzle damage and buildup.
As you progress, you will get advanced healing items like Grumble’s Granola Bars, Healbasa, Mintito, Blazin’ Brew, Liquid Rage, Lady in Red, and Gastro Goo, offering the Heals effect. You can also occasionally find healing items and bandages scattered across the park.
How To Heal in Grounded 2
Once you have obtained healing items or bandages, you can consume them directly from your backpack. However, for a more effective and quicker approach, you can assign them to your Hotbar. It provides quick access to your healing items, allowing you to restore health in the middle of intense fights. In addition to these, you can also restore your health through the Mosquito Needle. The Tier II One-Handed Weapon steals life from enemies and heals you upon successful hits.
