How To Upgrade Health and Stamina in Grounded 2

To upgrade your health and stamina, you need a specific item called ‘Milk Molar’, which appears in white. Milk Molar serves as a skill point, allowing you to boost your various stats. You can find Milk Molars scattered throughout the different locations of the world. You need an Omni-Hammer Tier 1 to acquire a Milk Molar. Additionally, you will also find the golden ‘Mega Milk Molar’ at certain locations, which requires an advanced Omni-Hammer to break.
You can invest the Milk Molar directly from your inventory, as you don’t need to visit an outpost to do so. Head to the inventory and navigate to the Milk Molar section. Choose the Milk Molar, the first option. This allows you to increase your different stats, including Health and Stamina. Invest your acquired Milk Molars in the Health and Stamina sections to permanently increase them. Additionally, you can also upgrade other stats like Healing, Hunger/ Thirst Drain, and Max Active Mutations using Milk Molars.
On the other hand, Mega Milk Molars allows you to increase your maximum consumable stack size, max resource stack size, and maximum arrow stack size. While the Milk Molars only affect your character, the Mega Milk Molars benefit your entire group.
