Fortunately, there is a way to rig the system and cash out big time with each stock investment. However, it requires you to complete Lester’s Assassination missions while investing in very specific stocks. It can be a bit confusing if you’re not familiar with this process.

How To Make More Money in GTA 5 Stock Market
If you want to maximize your profit in the stock market, you’ll need to wait until you’ve completed the story mode and have saved up a massive amount of cash. This money will be used to invest in stocks. However, you need to invest in specific stocks related to your current Lester’s Assassination mission.
How Does Stock Market Work in GTA 5
After each assassination attempt you successfully complete, one of the large corporations affiliated with the mission will see its stock price influenced. You should have all three characters invest their hard-earned cash in the stock market before initiating these missions.
Once you complete the mission, you should see a huge change in the stock market. This is the time to sell your stocks and cash out to get the most value.
