What Does the Hands On Car Wash Do in GTA Online?
This new property includes three types of jobs. You can access them on a laptop in the main office. Here is a list of the jobs you can start inside the Hands On Car Wash in GTA Online:
- Car Wash
- Money Laundering
- Mr Faber Work
More details about each business can be found below:
Car Wash

The car wash job is where you can get clean money by making sure your customers’ vehicles are squeaky clean. The premise is simple but can be a bit time-consuming depending on the location of your target. You drive to a customer’s house and fetch their vehicle. You will then have to drive that vehicle back to the car wash and have it cleaned. Once the process is done, you need to deliver the car back to the owner.
If you can complete this job without damaging the car, you receive an extra tip from your customer. Additionally, doing this job will also reduce the heat level to keep the cops from investigating your property for any illegal activity, like money laundering.
The payout is not that big. You get around $1,000–$2,000 with each successful car wash. You will most likely be doing this only to reduce the heat level instead of actually earning big bucks.
Money Laundering

This is where you get most of your money from the Hands On Car Wash. Accepting this job will give you a random mission where you need to attack rival groups or steal money from them. It can get tedious at times, but you can always join another lobby and hope you start with an easier mission on your next run. One advantage is that there seems to be no cooldown on completing missions consecutively, unlike other types of businesses, where there is a cooldown between missions so you can’t spam them for more money.
Keep in mind that this job increases your heat level with each completed mission. This means you need to do some innocent car washing if the heat level gets too high. The money you steal from these missions will also be added to your safe. However, you won’t get it immediately. It will take some time for your safe to fill up. This is the new passive income added in the Money Fronts DLC in GTA Online.
Mr Faber Work

This is more like a contact mission, similar to the Cluckin’ Bell Heist or the First and Second Dose missions. The mission is divided into different difficulties. The payout increases depending on the difficulty you choose. This means you can potentially earn more if you take on tougher challenges.
