Here is how you can download the GTA Online Money Fronts DLC update early through the preload option on various platforms.
Rockstar Games released a pre-load for the upcoming Money Fronts DLC for GTA 5 Online that you can download early. This means you can prepare for the upcoming update and immediately play it on release day. However, this pre-load option is not available for all platforms.
The preload for GTA Online Money Front DLC is only available for consoles like PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. Unlike the previous updates, it looks like those who play on PC will have to wait until launch day to download the update.

How To Preload GTA Online Money Fronts Update
Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can download the GTA Online Money Fronts DLC update early on all platforms:
Playstation 5
- Head to your game library and find Grand Theft Auto V,
- If you haven’t downloaded the game yet, you can buy and download the game in the PlayStation store.
- Once you are in the game library, you should see a button that says “Preload option available for the game.”
- Start downloading the upcoming update early and wait for it to finish downloading.
Keep in mind that the update will not be available in the game yet. You will have to wait for its release day. With that said, you can still play GTA Online normally after the download.
Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One
- If you haven’t downloaded the base game, head to the Xbox Store and look for Grand Theft Auto V.
- Once you have the game, head to your game library.
- Start pre-downloading the upcoming Money Front DLC update.
Just like the PlayStation console, you can still play the game normally. However, the new update will not show up until the release day.

The upcoming GTA Online Money Front DLC update is set for release on June 17, 2025. Compared to the recent content added to the game, this is looking to be the biggest DLC yet for 2025.
The DLC will feature a new business where you run a money laundering business. This can be done by purchasing a new property called the Hands-on Car Wash. On top of that, there will be new cars to collect in the game.
