GTA Online Summer 2025 Release Date Revealed

Here is what you need to know about the upcoming GTA Online Summer 2025 DLC titled Money Fronts, including its release date.

Rockstar Games unveiled a new DLC content for GTA 5 Online for the Summer Update 2025 titled Money Fronts. With that said, the upcoming update hints at a new business where you manage both illegal and legitimate business operations. This means you don’t just do your usual shady deals in back alleys. You also need to put on a clean face by setting up storefronts and keeping the feds off your tail.

On top of the new business, the DLC update will also include new vehicles that you can add to your collection. Additionally, a new police bike and outfit will also be available if you want to take your Dispatch Work to the next level.

GTA Online Money Fronts Summer DLC Release Date

The GTA 5 Online Money Fronts DLC update is set to release on June 17, 2025. It’s the first massive update for the game this year, promising a ton of new content to explore. The update is available for all platforms supported, including older gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One.

What’s New in the GTA Online Summer 2025 Update

Here are some of the most notable content that you can look forward to in the upcoming GTA Online Summer 2025 DLC update.

New Businesses

The story of the new DLC is about the protagonist, you, acquiring local businesses and using them as a cover-up for some shady dealings. As usual, you are not alone in this venture. With the help of Martin Medrazo, the head of the Mexican-American drug Cartel, you will be managing your businesses.

To start, you need to purchase the Hands On Car Wash property. This will be the center of your business operations. This will then branch out to two other businesses:

• Smoke on the Water
• Higgins Helitours

The first business venture, Smoke on the Water, is situated along the Vespucci Beach sidewalk in Los Santos. The second, Higgins Helitours, can be found on Shank Street in the Puerta Del Sol area. Both locations boost income from their corresponding businesses: the Weed Farm and Air Freight Cargo.

There is no information on how this business should work. What we know is that you will be managing both the legitimate side of the business on top of doing shady transactions behind the scenes. This is so that the feds won’t be too suspicious of your business.

New Vehicles and Outfits

You really can’t have a new GTA 5 Online expansion without new vehicles. With that said, the upcoming GTA Online Summer 2025 DLC will feature the following cars:

• Karin Everon RS
• Woodlander
• Western Police Bike
• Declasse Tampa GT
• Overflod Suzume

On top of that, you also get a new police officer-themed costume called the Summer Highway Patrol outfit. You can unlock this outfit if you purchase the Western Police Bike. It’s a nice little piece of clothing if you like to roleplay as a cop while doing missions like Dispatch Work.

New Gameplay Improvements

More Vehicles Will Have Missile Lock-On-Jammer Upgrade

On top of the new content for the Money Fronts DLC, some gameplay improvements will also arrive in the update. The Missile Lock-On-Jammer upgrade will soon be compatible with over 50 new vehicles. 

Skippable Cutscenes

Another gameplay change is the skippable cutscenes. You can now skip them while replaying these missions.

Longer Global Signal Timer Delay

The upcoming DLC will also adjust the Global Signal Delay for sell missions. This means you get more time to move around before everyone in the lobby is alerted to your position. This is perfect for players who are intimidated by how unforgiving public lobbies are when they are trying to do sell missions.
