New leaks have emerged about a possible GTA Online 2025 Winter DLC featuring mansions in the game that you can purchase.
With the recent release of the GTA Online Money Fronts Summer DLC, it looks like we have more leaks about a winter and mansions update. According to various sources, the upcoming update is hinting at mansions being purchasable properties in the game. This means Rockstar Games is cooking up some new player homes aside from the reliable apartments. With that said, let’s take a look at the leaks about the upcoming GTA Online 2025 Winter update that might include player mansions.

One of the earliest data miners to leak some information about the GTA Online Winter DLC featuring mansions was Floorball, who made a post on X. The post shared what they found in the game files relating to a “Prix Luxury Real Estate.” Based on the post, one of the in-game descriptions is as follows:
“You have earned an exclusive discount on a future property purchase with Prix Luxury Real Estate. They will be in contact again soon when properties become available.”
There is little information about this leak online, so far. As expected, there are some discussions questioning the legitimacy of this leak.

Lines of Code Reportedly Hinting at New Mansion Property
Floorbell was quick to respond with an alleged snippet of the game code that shows “Mansion_Teaser.” With that said, a lot of players were hyped for this leak. If it does arrive in the upcoming GTA Online 2025 Winter DLC update, players will have more options for player homes. If it’s indeed a mansion, we can probably assume it’s going to be expensive. As the leaks get more attention, some fans have shared what they think are potential areas where the mansion could be set up.

Keep in mind that Rockstar Games is yet to confirm the leaks about the upcoming GTA Online Winter update and a new mansion property.
