How To Master Solo Play in Guntouchables
The following are some useful tips that should help you get through the entire game when playing alone.
Focus More on Damage and Speed
When you’re playing solo, you will have all three lives for yourself, so survivability isn’t your biggest concern. Instead, you must focus on increasing your damage and speed ratings. Use the Speed Buff perk to give your speed stat a considerable boost. This will enable you to outrun many of the game’s mutants, allowing you more time to create distance and take them out using ranged weapons. A higher speed stat also means you can save your Dash ability for emergencies only, without having to spam it continuously.
Apart from focusing on Speed and Damage stats, you can also invest in weapon mods that increase damage output. These mods can help you take down foes before they can reach you. If you’re playing solo, you can also choose Commando. This particular character gets access to grenades, which can easily wipe out multiple enemies at once. He can use three grenades, which are replenished when you restock your ammo.

Rely on Your Pistol Most Times
When you’re playing with friends, you can use all of your weapons freely since your teammates can help replenish your ammo. However, during solo play in Guntouchables, the same doesn’t hold true. You might face significant shortages when it comes to ammo for specific weapons, so it’s best to conserve them for urgent situations or tougher foes.
Most of the time, you should primarily use your pistol. Even though the weapon doesn’t deal much damage and has a smaller magazine by default, its greatest benefit is infinite ammo. You can take down most of the weaker enemies in the game with the pistol without using any of the other weapons’ ammo.
Take Advantage of Explosive Barrels
You will find several red explosive barrels in the game’s levels. These can take out multiple enemies if you fire at them when they are near one of the barrels. Since you won’t have anyone to help you during a solo run, you should maximize the use of these barrels. Rather than firing at them to take out one or two foes, make sure to trigger the explosion when an enemy swarm is nearby.
The idea is to take out as many mutants as possible in a single blast. This tactic works best against hordes, so you should probably conserve the barrels for them. Also, keep a safe distance from the barrels to avoid getting caught in the explosion radius.
