The following guide explores the Mutations in Guntouchables that pose the least amount of threat to you from the enemies.

Guntouchables forces you and your squad mates to fight off a bunch of Mutants who seem intent on taking over the world. It’s up to you and your friends to drive them off. However, that’s easier said than done, especially since the Mutants in question tend to evolve and develop newer powers. While these Mutations can keep things fresh for you as the player, they can also complicate your future combat scenarios.
Thankfully, it isn’t the game that decides what Mutations your enemies will possess. Instead, you are the one who’s supposed to make that choice. If you want to minimize complications, it’s crucial to pick the right Mutations in Guntouchables for your enemies. In this guide, we’ll outline some of the least dangerous Mutations that are safer picks when compared to others.
Top 3 Least Dangerous Mutations in Guntouchables

As we said earlier, all Mutations in the game will provide buffs to specific enemy types. So, regardless of your decision, the Mutants will always benefit in one way or another when you apply the Mutations. And, you will need to make such a choice each time you complete a level. So, your goal should be to minimize how much of a buff your enemies are gaining through your choice.
You should try to apply Mutations to weaker enemies, such as Nymphs and Ticks, whenever possible. Since most Mutations don’t increase enemy HP, you can still kill off these easy foes with a strike or two, regardless of their Mutation-associated buff. Nevertheless, here are three of the least dangerous Mutations you can choose for your enemies.
Mold Spores
This is a special Mutation that applies to the Corrupted Ground around you and not to a particular enemy. The effect of the Mutation simply stops your Stamina from regenerating when you’re inflicted with the Corruption debuff. This particular Mutation isn’t that dangerous because you’d want to stay off Corrupted Ground patches as is.
Standing on these areas causes your Corruption meter to slowly fill up, and you don’t want that. So, the Mutation doesn’t add a new layer of threat. Although your Stamina regen stops if you stand on Corrupted Ground for too long, you can simply reverse that effect by returning to normal land.

Crippling Hit
Crippling Hit is a Mutation that applies to Nymphs. With it, every time these enemies strike you, your speed will decrease. While in theory that might sound like a dangerous buff to give to your enemies, Nymphs are extremely weak. So, it’s likely that you’ll eliminate them long before they can strike you multiple times or reduce your overall speed significantly.
Your drone alone can take care of swarms of Nymphs long before they reach anywhere near you to attack. So, the low HP of these enemies cancels out any of the benefits they receive from the Mutation.
Range Boost
Apply this particular Mutation for the Bile Crawler, which is another one of the weaker enemies in the game. As the Mutation name suggests, this one doubles the range of the Bile Crawler’s poison gas attack. Once again, this one sounds worse than it actually is. While you might think that the enemy being able to hit you from a greater distance is a big deal, in practice it isn’t.
Firstly, the Bile Crawler is one of the slower enemies, meaning you can easily avoid its poison gas strikes. Secondly, due to the minimal HP these enemies have, most of your weapons can take them down in just a couple of shots. With ranged weapons, you can kill them long before they get close enough to attack you with the poison gas. Or, you can also let your drone simply take care of this particular Mutant before it attacks.
