Hell Is Us isn’t your average souls-like RPG; instead, it’s an action-adventure title with some souls-like elements. As such, the game offers very little in the way of character customization. However, you can find and equip different shades of the OMSIF outfit in Hell Is Us, which serve as the game’s only customization option.
If you pre-ordered the game or grabbed the Deluxe Edition, you can get a few cosmetic options for Remi and KAPI fairly early in the game’s story. Much like other gameplay-related elements in Hell Is Us, the game doesn’t explain how you can access the pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonuses.
Thankfully, finding and equipping the bonus outfits is a straightforward process. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to access the pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonuses in Hell Is Us.

How To Find the Pre-Order and Deluxe Edition Bonuses in Hell Is Us
The pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonuses can be found right after you complete the prologue of the game and make your way to Akasa Marshes. Essentially, you need to complete the story section in Senedra Forest, obtain the OMSIF outfit, weapons, and KAPI, to equip the pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonus cosmetics.
After you reach Akasa Marshes, simply open the Investigations tab and navigate to Loadout. Under Loadout, press RT or R2 to get to the Cosmetics tab. Under the Cosmetics tab, you will find all the pre-order and Deluxe Edition bonus costumes.
You can equip your choice of Hat, Outfit, and Drone cosmetic. Additionally, under Cosmetics, you can also choose alternate styles for Remi, such as keeping his OMSIF outfit’s hood on or off. In addition to the cosmetics, the Deluxe Edition also comes with a Secret Code DLC. You can access this Secret Code right from the start of the game. However, to use the code, you need to unlock your APC. Inside the APC, you will find a locker with a keypad. The DLC code contains the first part of the locker’s combination.
The second half of the code can be obtained in the Trenches, which you arrive at after exiting the cave. The complete code for the safe is 199301. Inside the locker, you will find a Ring that heals you past your max HP upon taking damage.

Do note that the artbook and soundtrack are separate downloads on consoles. However, on PC, both the artbook and soundtrack are downloaded alongside the game and can be accessed via Steam.
