NVIDIA’s RTX 5060 Ti has finally launched, offering both 8GB and 16GB variants. Built on the Blackwell architecture and supporting DLSS 4, the card is aimed at delivering smooth, high-fidelity gameplay without breaking the bank. Helldivers 2, with its chaotic co-op missions and effects-heavy visuals, is the kind of game that can really put a GPU to work. Thankfully, the RTX 5060 Ti holds up well—as long as you dial in the right settings.

In this guide, we’ll walk through the optimal tweaks to help you hit high frame rates without compromising on visual clarity.

Nvidia 40 Series cards have outclassed their AMD rivals in Helldivers 2, and the RTX 5060 Ti continues the trend with buttery smooth performance in the game. The card is suited to run the game at 1080p and 1440p, but not at 4K, where frame rates and clarity can suffer. Since Helldivers 2 uses around 7–8 GB of VRAM at 1080p and 1440p, the same setting recommendations apply to both variants of the RTX 5060 Ti.

Settings for 1080p

At 1080p, the 5060 Ti handles Helldivers 2 without much fuss at maxed-out settings. To keep the experience fluid during heavy firefights and maintain over 120 fps, it’s best to run the game with Ultra Quality upscaling enabled. This gives you a solid frame rate boost while lowering visual clarity almost imperceptibly. However, you can still maintain over 100 fps while running the game at the Native setting.

Settings for 1440p

The RTX 5060 Ti utilizes its full potential while running Helldivers 2 at 1440p. Our settings aim to maintain over 90 fps at Ultra settings with Ultra Quality upscaling. If you wish to preserve visual clarity to the extreme, you can try switching upscaling to Native, dropping the average frame rate to around 70 fps. Ensure that your CPU meets the recommended system requirements to prevent bottlenecks in performance.
