Hide the Body flips the classic hide-and-seek formula on its head. Instead of hiding yourself, you’re tasked with stashing away bodies before your friend arrives. The more bodies you hide, the more coins you earn, but the challenge ramps up fast across different maps and difficulty levels.

House 1995 – Best Hiding Spots

This map gives you plenty of built-in storage options and space to experiment with object placement. Use containers with doors or lids and furniture you can move or rotate to your advantage.

Kitchen

Location	Bodies	How to Use
Storage box (next to fridge)	2	Open the lid, place two bodies inside, and close it to fully conceal them.
Inside fridge	2	Open the door, stack the bodies inside, and shut the door completely.
Hanging cupboards	2	Place one body in each cupboard above the sink, then close both doors.

Hall / Living Room / Garage

Location	Bodies	How to Use
Closet near front door	1	Open the closet, put the body inside, and close both doors.
Garage closet	1	Works like the hall closet. Make sure it’s fully closed after use.
Shelf near entrance	1	Lay the body on the shelf and rotate it to face the wall to block sight.
Behind green couch	1	Push the couch forward, lay the body flat behind it, then slide the couch back.

Bedrooms

Behind the shelf (by window)	1	Slide the body under the bed. If any part sticks out, block it with a drawer or chair.

A small map with tight rooms and fewer storage units. You’ll need to build your own hiding spots using nearby furniture.

Bedroom

Under the bed	1	Slide the body underneath. Use the nearby chest of drawers to block any exposed parts.

Hall / Living Room

Behind the couch	2	Place the body behind the couch, then use drawers and a TV to block all open sides.
Behind big shelf	2–3	Rotate the shelf to form a corner. Use boxes or stands to close off access from view.

Yard

Dumpsters (2 units)	4+	Drop two bodies in each. Or hide behind them using boxes and the lemonade stand for cover.
Bushes	3	Drop bodies inside the thickest part. Check from all angles to avoid exposure.
Trees	Varies	Throw bodies onto higher branches. Lower branches are only safe on easy difficulty.

Whispering Cemetery – Best Hiding Spots

This map is large but less forgiving. Most hiding spots require additional cover or exact placement to work properly.

Large bushes	2 each	Drop the bodies inside. Recheck positioning to make sure nothing sticks out.
Wooden plank-covered graves	1 each	Use graves with loose planks. If a body is visible, cover it with more planks or debris.
Stone graves with lids	1 each	Lift the lid, place the body, and close the lid securely.
Tree branches	Varies	Climb walls or use objects to reach higher elevations. Aim carefully when throwing.

Big Attic – Best Hiding Spots

Spacious and flexible. You can set up your own hiding areas using the furniture and open layout.

Behind the shelf near spawn	2–3	Drag drawer next to it and stack bodies in the corner. Adjust for best coverage.
Behind the orange couch	2–3	Stack bodies tightly, and use couch cushions to block the view from all sides.
Inside closets	1 each	Works well if the door remains fully shut. Combine closets to build a “room.”
On wooden beams	1 per beam	Move a table to jump up. Throw the body onto the beam. Requires precision.

Bright Moon – Best Hiding Spots

This is the biggest map, split into three buildings and a large open yard. Expect lots of NPC interference and flying objects.
