How To Complete the Advanced Alchemy Wish in Hollow Knight Silksong

This Advanced Alchemy wish is only available after completing the Alchemist’s Assistance quest, which is given by Alchemist Zylotol during Act 1 or Act 2. After a while, you can return to his NPC, and he will ask you to receive some Plasmified Blood from the creatures. You will receive the Needle Phial, which will be used to extract the blood.

You won’t have to look far to find creatures with Plasmified Blood. There should be enemies near the area where you can extract the special blood. You need to equip the Needle Phial and use it on one of the enemies. You will know when the container is full when you hear a clicking sound. Extracting your target’s blood will kill them, so you won’t have to worry about defeating them in a fight.

You need 10 bottles of Plasmium Blood to complete the wish. This means you have to find a total of 10 enemies and extract their blood. Once you have enough, head back to Alchemist Zylotol to grant his wish and receive your reward.

Advanced Alchemy Wish Reward in Hollow Knight Silksong

Completing the quest will reward you with the Plasmium Gland, which can be used to fill a Plasmium Phial. With this item, you no longer need to buy reserves, which cost 50 Rosaries. Injecting Hornet with this item will give one temporary blue health each use. The item only has limited use and can be refilled upon sitting on a bench. However, you can go beyond the intended limit by equipping the Architech Crest and creating your own refills yourself.

Special Effect

If you overuse the Plasmium Phial with the Architect Crest or by other means, your health bar will turn blue, and you will passively regenerate health. This can be very useful before starting a boss fight. As long as you can stay alive in the fight, you can keep regenerating your health. However, this effect does expire when you sit on a bench. This means you will have to do the process again.
