The Cloaks of the Choir in Hollow Knight Silksong is one of the many wishes you can complete in Pharloom. Here’s a guide to help you out.
In Hollow Knight Silksong, the Cloaks of the Choir is a wish (quest) you receive from the Songclave wishwall. You can activate it immediately after finishing the Fine Pins quest and then by leaving and re-entering the area. This quest requires collecting fifteen Choir Cloaks from the converted pilgrims in the Citadel.
When you receive the quest, Songclave is already full of pilgrims who are somewhat resisting control over their minds. With the pins you gather just before, they can defend themselves. However, their haunted counterparts still roam the halls of the Choral Chambers. Obtaining the cloaks can greatly benefit the settlement of Songclave by providing them with protection.

Where To Get Choir Cloaks in Hollow Knight Silksong?
The Choir Cloaks are dropped by the pilgrim bugs, whom you have already fought in the lower regions of Pharloom. In the Citadel, they are transformed into the choirbugs and now wear distinctive white clothing with golden crests. Moreover, defeating any choirbug has a 50% chance to drop a single Choir Cloak.

Best Choir Cloak Farming Spots in Hollow Knight Silksong
The best place to farm these bugs is to the left of the Grand Bellway in the Choral Chambers. Many choirbugs roam around in the vertical room, allowing for two to three Choir Cloaks to be obtained per run. After you are done clearing the room, you can return to the Grand Bellway and sit at the bench to the right of Bell Beast to reset all enemy spawns.
Alternatively, you can travel to the Choral Chambers Ventrica Station from Grand Bellway and go right to finish off the group of pilgrims in the hallway. You can then reset to the bench by saving and quitting, and repeat the process from the bench once again. Doing so takes less time, and you can be done collecting all the Choir Cloaks within five minutes unless you get bad drops.
Finally, you can also choose to explore the Choral Chambers after taking the quest. Just be sure to kill any choirbugs in your path and pick up the cloaks to progress the quest.
Cloaks of the Choir Wish Reward
Finally, the reward for completing the Cloaks of the Choir wish is a single Heavy Rosary Necklace. Consuming it from Hornet’s inventory grants 220 Rosaries. It is a valuable item to keep, as you can use it to open a bellway or bench in remote areas, such as the Putrified Ducts or Bilehaven.
