Getting Spool Extender Tool in Hollow Knight Silksong
First, you need to locate Jubilana, the wandering merchant in Pharloom. She can typically be found early in the game in a room near the Choral Chambers at The Citadel. After defeating the enemies in the room and completing The Wandering Merchant side mission, Jubilana will become available as a merchant.
After completing Jubilana’s quest, she will open a shop in the Songclave settlement within the Choral Chambers. Once Jubilana has set up her shop, you can purchase the Spool Extender from her for 720 Rosaries. Here’s a list of other items in Juliana’s shop:
