Jason Thanh Nguyen aka Jasontheween has quickly garnered fame over the past year or so. The streamer is currently contracted with the famed FaZe Clan, and was among the four streamers signed to the organization when they decided to “reboot.” Born on May 9, 2004, Jason is currently 20 years old.

The streamer started his Twitch channel back in 2018 when he was just 14 years old (although he wasn’t the most active then, having only streamed a few times).

Jason started to garner attention through his TikTok videos. His handle’s name was “Nguyenmoneysniper.” It wasn’t until August 2022 that Jason started streaming again on Twitch. While he played a variety of games, it was his Valorant streams that garnered the most views. He often collaborated with fellow Twitch streamer PROD (753K followers). He went from having a few hundred average viewers to over 3000 by September 2022.

Aside from his Twitch streams, Jason also has a YouTube channel. He typically uploads vlogs and snippets from his streams. His big breakthrough came in August 2023, when he joined FaZe Clan.

He lives in the FaZe Content House with other FaZe members such as Nick “Lacy,” Max “Plaqueboymax,” and Rani “Stable Ronaldo.” The group often creates content together and goes on IRL streams. In September 2024, the group hosted a month-long subathon event, in which Jason was the center of attraction. He garnered over 102K subscribers (more than Plaqueboymax who had 77K subs and Stable Ronaldo who garnered 63K subs).

What Are Some Of Jasontheween’s Biggest Streams?

Jasontheween has collaborated with several prominent creators. One of his most viral streams featured a cooking session with fellow streamer Blaire “QTCinderella.” The duo prepared pancakes during the stream, earning praise from fans for their on-screen chemistry.

He also appeared on Hasan “HasanAbi’s” mock debate show on Twitch, Debatelords. The stream included other participants like Vincent “Cyr” and Nick “Nmplol.” The show featured six rounds, focusing on lighthearted and often frivolous topics.

Jason also collaborated with Cinna, who has had a breakthrough year and received widespread praise for her on-screen comedic personality. Their stream attracted a significant number of viewers and took place during Jason’s subathon in September.

Thanks to his immense popularity, Jasontheween has been nominated in two categories at the upcoming Streamer Awards 2024: Breakout Streamer of the Year and Best Just Chatting Streamer.

Currently, Jasontheween boasts an impressive 879K followers on Twitch and an additional 686K subscribers on YouTube.
