Simon Belmont in V Rising is a Vampire Hunter. He might prove to be a formidable boss for many. So, here’s how to beat him.

V Rising has various Bosses of all levels. Players will have to make their way through a long list of V Blood Carriers and beat them all to become the strongest Vampire in the game. Simon Belmont, the Vampire Hunter, is one of those foes in the game. Many who encountered him would agree that he can be quite a difficult boss if you lack preparation. He can also diminish low-level players if given the chance.
But do not worry, because in this guide, we will discuss how you can beat Simon Belmont in V Rising.
How To Find Simon Belmont in V Rising

Finding Simon Belmont in V Rising is not as hard as fighting him. First, players will have to journey to the northwest of Farbane Woods. Then, move north, towards the Canyon in Silverlight Hills. On your way, you will find Simon Belmont guarding your path.
However, he is a level 80+ V Blood Carrier. So, do not confront him unless you are of the same level or at least close to it and have the proper gear.
How To Defeat Simon Belmont in V Rising

Once you are fully prepared, you can engage Simon Belmon in a boss battle. But even with an 80+ gear level, you might find yourself in trouble against the Vampire Hunter. This particular boss can deal fire damage, which can sometimes be impossible to avoid, so we recommend carrying a Fire Resistance Brew with you. In addition to that, he also possesses a huge amount of health.
When the fight starts, Simon Belmont goes all out with his numerous melee and AoE fire attacks. The latter can also set flames to everything around you. We recommend that you maintain your distance and try to use medium to long-range attacks. Try your best to avoid his fire moves, but don’t lose hope if you get hit once or twice. Also, fighting at night can prove to be a significant advantage due to the lack of Sunbeams.
After you have depleted the boss’s health to 50%, the Vampire Hunter will start surrounding himself with fire with the help of his whip. Try to stay out of this attack’s radius and wait it out. After that, carefully move back to offense. Once you have reduced Simon Belmont’s health to 25%, he will cast four beams of light in a plus (+) pattern and heal himself a little. Do not get hit by this attack, as it can prove to be lethal.
We recommend focusing on healing during this phase, but you can also attack the sphere around the boss to stagger him. If you are successful, keep hitting him with everything you’ve got. As a last Hail Mary, the Vampire Hunter will keep raining down holy bolts from the sky. Keep hitting Simon Belmont while dodging the bolts, and eventually you will defeat him.
