Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) has the main quest City of Seven Waters. Here’s a guide that will help you get through it easily.
City of Seven Waters is a main quest that players will receive at the beginning of the Second Act of Path of Exile 2 (PoE2). You get three quests together. One is City of Seven Waters, and the other two are The Trail of Corruption and A Crown of Stone, respectively.
There is no particular order to these quests, and all of them will remain the same no matter what you do first. We recommend doing this one before any other because it’s relatively more peaceful compared to the other two.
You will need to visit the Buried Shrines under Keth to find a Goddess before you can wrap up this quest. And yes. It quite literally requires you to put a Goddess to rest.
Putting an End to City of Seven Waters in PoE2
The mission will begin with the Ardura Caravan. Use the Desert Map to travel to Keth. You must look for the Lost City here. However, note that there is an optional boss in this area called Kabala, Constrictor Queen. If you wish for it, you can take her down for a Book of Specialisation.
How To Find the Lost City
To find the Lost City, you must look out for a glowing doorway. Keep exploring until you come across one. Enter it, and you can then carry on in a dimly lit area until you reach the Buried Shrines.
We suggest that you don’t head straight for the Buried Shrines entrance and explore the area a bit more because you don’t know when you might find something worth your time. The Hall of Temptation is one such example here.
You must visit The Vestibule here to find and put down Azarian, the Forsaken Son. The only tip we can give you for this fight is not to fight near the braziers. If you or Azarian happen to break any, it will light up a portion of the room on fire, making it all the more difficult for you.
He is the only boss in the City of Seven Waters quest of PoE2. Once you defeat him, head to the room ahead, and Halani, the Water Goddess, will be lying on a ‘bed’ there. She will be happy to see a mortal like you.
You then must interact with the Everburning Cincers to Ignite the Goddess and put her out of her misery.
After putting her soul to rest, return to the caravan and speak to Zarka, who will wrap this quest up for you.
