Defeating Leandra the Shadow Priestess in V Rising
Leandra the Shadow Priestess is a Level 47 boss who spawns at the Church of the Damned in northern Dunley Farmlands. Moreover, reaching her arena is quite difficult due to the Church being at the top of a mountain. Additionally, the mountain also serves as a graveyard, which means undead enemies spawn quite often in large quantities. You have to make your way to the top to challenge Leandra.
Leandra the Shadow Priestess deserves her name because of how she manipulates shadow during her fight. Her attacks are quite easy to dodge as she hurls orbs of darkness towards you. However, they do multiply as the fight goes on, and near the end of the fight, she throws three orbs at once. Your best option is to use any ranged spells that you are comfortable using.
Her main damaging attack spawns a shadow assassin that dashes at you to deal damage and knocks you into Leandra’s attacks. We recommend using your counterspell or teleporting away when the assassin dashes towards you. Leandra’s unique attack makes your screen go dark, and she spawns multiple assassins that dash towards you. They glow purple in the dark, so that is your only way to see where they are coming from.
