All You Need To Know on How To Beat Queen of Filth in Path of Exile 2

The Queen of Filth can place traps around the map which might hinder your mobility. She can also summon waves of minions that can easily be killed to recharge your flasks. The best you can do in this fight is to never stop moving around.
Where To Find?
By following the main storyline, you will encounter the Queen of Filth in Path of Exile 2. She is found in the Vaal Filth during the Legacy of the Vaal quest. You need to defeat her to get the Temple Door Idol quest item and progress through the quest.
Boss Move Set
Attack | Description |
Rolling Slam | The Queen of Filth will roll forward and slam her weapon to the ground. Make sure you dodge roll at the side as rolling behind you might not be enough to evade the ground slam. |
Regular Slam Attack | The enemy simply slams her oversized weapon to the ground to create a shockwave. This can also be easily dodged. |
Explosive Fungi | These passively spawn in the boss arena and will explode a few seconds after you step on them. You need to trigger them before they spread wide across the map. Just run around the map while fighting the boss to avoid getting overwhelmed and trigger the explosives before they spread further. |
Boulder throw | The Queen of Filth will throw a giant boulder towards you. If she is at the edge of your screen, you might miss this attack animation. Always keep your eyes peeled and dodge roll when you see her throwing a giant boulder. |
Debuff Pads | These circle zones give various debuffs when you step on them. The debuffs are either Temporal Chains, Vulnerability, Enfeeble, or Caustic Ground. Avoid them if you can. |
Summon Minions | The boss will spawn minions once in a while. They can be easily killed with AoE attacks. Use this opportunity to also recharge your flasks. |
Loot

The Queen of Filth will drop the Temple Door Idol quest item that is essential to progress through the main story. Aside from the quest item, she also drops randomized loot that can be useful for your character build.
