Getting Blast in Anime Last Stand is not as simple as spinning a banner or farming a few rounds. This is one of those units locked behind limited-time content and a hefty resource grind. If you were not around during Season 19, you are out of luck for now. But if you already have Speed Hero, evolving him into Speed Hero (Shockwave) is still possible with the right materials.

Evolving Blast in Anime Last Stand
Blast, officially called Speed Hero (Shockwave), can only be obtained by evolving Speed Hero, a limited-time Exotic unit. The process is locked behind two main requirements: owning Speed Hero and gathering all the necessary evolution materials.
Step 1: Get Speed Hero (Blast)
Speed Hero was only obtainable through Season 19 Castle Capsules. These capsules had a 100% chance to drop Speed Hero but were exclusive to Season 19 of Infinity Castle. They are:
- Non-tradeable
- No longer available
- Not obtainable through any current event, shop, or summon
If you did not collect a Season 19 Castle Capsule during that period, you cannot get Speed Hero right now. You will have to wait for the developers to reintroduce the unit or the capsules in a future event or update.
Step 2: Gather Evolution Materials
If you already have Speed Hero, you can evolve him into Speed Hero (Shockwave) by collecting the following resources:
Materials Required:
- 1x God’s Cube
- 250x Water Essence
- 22x Mythic Spirit Shards
- 35x Legendary Spirit Shards
- 10x Epic Spirit Shards
Now, here’s how you get each item.
How To Get God’s Cube
You can craft a God’s Cube at the Crafting Station. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 100x Water Essence
- 5x Mythic Spirit Shard
- 10x Legendary Spirit Shard
- 55x Epic Spirit Shard
- 15,000 Gold
Once you have these, head to the Crafting Station and create the cube.

Where To Farm Water Essence?
- Water Essence drops from Elemental Caverns.
- You’ll need to grind this mode until you collect 250 total (100 of which will go into crafting the cube).
How To Get Spirit Shards
Mythic Spirit Shards:
- Purchase from Raid, Survival, and Dungeon Shops
- Drop from Challenges and Portals
- You can also use the Converter to upgrade Epic Shards into Mythic ones
Legendary Spirit Shards:
- Purchase from Boss Rush, Gold, and Merchant Shops
- Drop from Challenges and Portals
- Convertible from Epic Shards if needed
Epic Spirit Shards:
- Drop directly from Challenges and Portals
- Can be used in the Converter to craft higher-rarity shards as well
Focus on grinding Challenges and Portals consistently to farm all types of shards. Rotate through different shops if you’re low on one type.
Step 3: Evolve Speed Hero
Once you’ve collected all the materials and crafted your God’s Cube:
- Open the Units menu
- Select Speed Hero
- Tap on Evolve
- Hit Confirm
You’ll now have Speed Hero (Shockwave) added to your lineup.

FAQs
How Do I Get Speed Hero if I Missed Season 19?
You currently cannot. Speed Hero was only available through Season 19 Castle Capsules, which are no longer obtainable. The developers may bring them back in a future update or rerun event, but for now, there is no other method to get the unit.
Can I Trade Castle Capsules or Speed Hero With Other Players?
No. Castle Capsules are non-tradeable, and Speed Hero is not available through any form of trading. The only way to evolve into Blast is by having obtained Speed Hero during Season 19.
