Learn how to farm Coupons in Stalker 2 efficiently through quests, selling items, and collecting valuable Artifacts.
Coupons are a saviour in Stalker 2. You can do anything using Coupons including buying supplies, repairing your gear, and upgrading weapons. Surviving in the dangerous Chornobyl wasteland might feel almost impossible without having enough Coupons. So, Farming Coupons are essential, especially at the beginning of the Stalker when you are tight in terms of resources.
Ways To Farm Coupons in Stalker 2
1. Side Missions
Throughout the game, you will find NPCs that offer multiple side quests. These are a great way to farm Coupons. You can earn over 1,000 Coupons by completing side quests available early in the Lesser Zone, and they don’t take long. They also give you a chance to pick up useful items, weapons, or Artifacts along the way.
2. Main Story Quests
The main story quests in Stalker 2 are a solid source of Coupons. Main story quests, particularly those later in the game, offer significantly higher rewards, often more than 10,000 Coupons. Besides, these quests often reward you with unique items or weapons. Balancing between side quests and the main campaign ensures you’re always progressing and never low on cash.
3. Sell What You Don’t Need
If you have extra items that you’re not using, sell them. Traders are always ready to buy medkits, grenades, and even some weapons. This is a quick way to get some extra Coupons. Be careful, though. Weapons or armor that are too damaged won’t sell. If you see a weapon glowing red, it means its durability is super low, so traders probably won’t take it. Don’t waste your inventory space on broken gear.
4. Hunt for Artifacts
Artifacts are one of the best things you can sell for Coupons. You can find them scattered across the map, often without having to fight anyone. That makes them a low-risk, high-reward option for farming currency. But there’s a catch. Some Artifacts emit radiation, which can be harmful to your health. Always carry anti-radiation supplies when you are out hunting for these valuable items. It’s a small price to pay for a big reward.
5. Handle Your Inventory Wisely
Damaged weapons and broken armor are basically useless, so leave them behind. Instead, focus on picking up items that traders will actually buy, like extra bandages or grenades. Selling excess items not only gives you Coupons but also clears up space in your inventory for more valuable finds.
To farm efficiently, you have to plan your trips. Hit up areas where you can complete multiple side missions, grab a few Artifacts, and visit a trader all in one go. This saves you time and ensures you’re always making progress. Remember to keep your gear in good shape, too. Broken weapons or armor won’t help you survive long enough to collect Coupons. Spend some of what you earn to repair your equipment—it’ll pay off in the long run.
Farming Coupons might sound like a chore, but it makes the game so much easier. With enough currency, you can grab better gear, repair your favorite weapons, and stock up on supplies. That means you’ll be better prepared for whatever the Zone throws at you.
