Here’s everything you need to know to find Dave the golden burrito in Borderlands 4, and claim the Guac is Extra trophy.
Ready to hunt down the most legendary snack in Borderlands 4? Finding Dave the Burrito requires a lot of grinding, as you have to destroy 15 hidden burritos scattered across Dominion City. This guide will help you with a step-by-step walkthrough to help you find every single one of the burritos, unlock the secret room, and claim the “Guac is Extra” trophy.
First, you must complete the main story, as this achievement is only available after beating the campaign. However, none of the burritos are missable; you can hunt for them at any time afterwards. You will need to destroy five burritos in each of Dominion City’s three districts: Carcadia, Terminus, and Fades.

Borderlands 4: Carcadia District Burrito Locations
Slums Shack: Head into the Slums area, towards a friendly NPC. Go up a set of stairs and find the first burrito hidden behind a scrap shack.
Toxic River Crate: Navigate to the building near the toxic river. There you will find the second burrito sitting on a crate on the ground floor.
Mossmellow Retreat Sign: Go to Mossmellow Retreat. There you will find a slumped, crooked sign on the southern wall. The fourth burrito is placed near this sign.
The Groaning Core: Grapple up into the Groaning Gore area. Follow the path to the right and look for some benches along the west side. The fifth and final burrito for this district is hidden behind them.
Borderlands 4: Terminus District Burrito Locations
Food Court Safehouse: Enter the Food Court Safehouse. The sixth burrito is in the back area of the kitchen, sitting on a griddle.
Restroom Break: From the food court, head north and then take a left into a room decorated with flags. A burrito is sitting on top of a toilet in here.
Laundry Day: Find the laundry machines in the area. The eight burrito is resting on a washing machine.
Kitchen Shelf: Follow the path into a nearby kitchen. Look up, you will be able to see the ninth burrito on the top shelf of the kitchen.
Pumpkin Patch: The final burrito in this district is hidden underneath a pumpkin patch. Smash the pumpkins, and you will find the burrito.
Borderlands 4: Fades District Burrito Locations
Zadra’s Lab: Head over to Zadra’s Lab, and you will find the eleventh burrito on the top of a box, just beneath a set of stairs.
Hanging Corpse: Look up at the wooden pillars in the area to spot a tied-up corpse. The twelfth burro is placed on its left hand. You may need to shoot it to get it.
Sumpview Falls Pallet: Head towards the Slumpview Falls area. The burrito is behind a pallet, near a plant pot and a box.
Shrubbery: Head to the west of Sumpview Falls. Search the shrubs surrounding a large tree to find the fourteen burrito hiding beneath the foliage.
Railing Crate: The final burrito is located in a box next to a railing. You will see an ammo crate, and near it is the burrito.
Finding Dave the Burrito: Unlocking Guac is Extra Trophy
With all 15 burritos destroyed, fast-travel to the Upper Dominion. Head past the Krach hives until you reach a glass platform. It will shatter when you step on it. Jump down, and continue till you see a prism, grapple on it. From there, look to the south and jump through the waterfall.
The door, which was previously locked, will now be open. Inside, you will find the golden, Dave the Burrito. Approach it to unlock the “Guac is Extra” trophy. You can also open the loot crates and claim all the loot. The Red Chests offer some lucrative items.
