Among them is the nerdy and sweet Penelope, who represents the office supplies in your house. A frazzled single woman, Penelope is left exasperated by the dizzying rise of technology and modern work culture, which have made office supplies obsolete. She is looking to get her groove back by catching up with changing times and dating around the house.
Penelope’s anxiety seems to manifest in her appearance. Her frizzy hair is adorned with paper clips and an entire pen stand to hold up her wild ponytail. She wears a paper jacket and a shirt made of Post-it notes and always carries a pen and notepad. Interacting with Penelope feels almost nostalgic, sparking thought-provoking conversations about changing times and those who fall behind. An easy-to-miss but hard-to-forget character; here is how you can find Penelope in the game.
Date Everything: Penelope Location
There are a couple of ways to meet Penelope in Date Everything. She represents the office supplies in the house and can therefore be found by interacting with the pen stand, corkboard, or the envelope in the office.
From the front door of the house, head past the stairs on your left and enter the first door on the right. This is the office room on the ground floor, with a work desk, bookshelf, monitor, and of course, office supplies. The pen stand sits next to the monitor, on its left side while facing the screen. The corkboard is on the left wall, right next to you upon entering the room. Interact with either object to find Penelope.
Penelope unlocks as a datable after your first interaction with her. You surprise and fluster the stationary single by noticing her after walking by so many times without doing so. Despite struggling with feelings of irrelevance, Penelope is looking to bounce back. She shows off a dating book she has been reading, one specifically written for office supplies.
Penelope is dating Kristof when you first see her, even though she’s meant to be single. However, the pair completely mismatch, as Kristof’s boisterous nature overwhelms the anxious Penelope. From here, you can choose to hate, date, or befriend Penelope like any other character.
