Step 1: Uninstall Roblox Completely
Start by removing the Roblox application from your system:
- Open the Start menu and search for “Add or remove programs.”
- In the Apps & Features window, scroll down or use the search bar to find all Roblox-related entries.
- Click the three-dot icon next to each entry and select “Uninstall.”
- If prompted, confirm the uninstallation.
This removes the main files, but there will likely be leftover data that needs to be manually cleared.
Step 2: Delete Leftover Files
Roblox stores additional files in your system’s temporary and local folders. These can cause the same Error Code 280, even after reinstalling.
