How To Get Red Flowers in Blox Fruits
Red flowers are available only during in-game daytime. Here are all the spawn locations for red flowers:

How To Get Blue Flowers in Blox Fruits
Refer to the red flower spawn locations for blue flowers. They spawn in the same places but are available only during nighttime in-game. If it is not nighttime on your current server, change servers from the main menu to get a new random server.
How To Get Yellow Flowers in Blox Fruits
Unlike red and blue flowers, yellow flowers do not spawn in the open world. You have to farm them by killing non-playable characters (NPCs). Focus on farming Swan Pirates, as they are common mobs with low health pools. They can be defeated easily, even by new players. The drop rate for yellow flowers is currently unknown.
While Swan Pirates are easy to defeat, be cautious. If you die to enemies, you will lose all your flowers. You also need to have the Alchemist quest active to collect flowers. Unlike red and blue flowers, yellow flowers are used only for the Alchemist quest.
