Here’s the best way to catch the Alligator Gar in Fields of Mistria.
In a farm-life simulator like Fields of Mistria, foraging and crafting items is the key to survival. However, maintaining the bonds with the village residents is also an important factor to keep your relationship stable with everyone.
If you’re looking forward to completing your Donation Set in the Museum, you may require the Alligator Gar for the fish set. Here’s how you can find the Alligator Gar in Fields of Mistria and its complete uses, including the donation set.
How To Find The Alligator Gar in Fields of Mistria?
To find the Alligator Gar, you can head to the Eastern Road in Mistria. If you’re unfamiliar, this area is the home to the Carpenter’s Shop and contains a Wishing Well. From your farm, you can move in the northeast direction to find it.
After reaching the Eastern Road, you can head to the small pond on the lower left to catch the Alligator Gar. The pond fish has a giant shadow, and it is only present in the winter season. So, make sure to be more productive during Winter, as it comes with many opportunities.
Once you spot a giant shadow, press the left click to throw the fishing line into the pond and wait for it to take the bait. Ultimately, as soon as it bites the hook, press the left click to pull it out. You may not catch the Alligator Gar on your first try, but you can keep fishing until you do.
If the giant fish shadow is unreachable, you can purchase the Silver Fishing Rod to extend your fishing line range.
Where to Use It?
The Alligator Gar is prominently used for the Donation Set in the Museum. You can talk with Errol and donate him the fish, rewarding you with Renown to upgrade your Town Level. Additionally, it can be used as a gift for NPCs, but this specific pond fish has a lower love rate.
