In Oblivion Remastered, the search for Captain Kordan’s Saber will take you to Cheydinhal, a city located between the Imperial City and Morrowind. Use Fast Travel to reach the area just south of Blackside Water Stables, then look for a shop named The March Rider. It is situated directly in front of a wooden bridge.
