Your driving progress counts automatically as you move, so every trip you take contributes toward this goal. Once you reach 25,000 m, you will get a message that the Civetta has been unlocked.

After completing the quest, head back to your garage. You will find the Civetta waiting there as a new addition to your vehicle collection.
