How to Get Dagger of Depletion in Oblivion Remastered? Explained

To get the Dagger of Depletion in Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered, you need to find the Fort Istirus location between Kvatch and Skingrad on the western side of the map.
First, we recommend fast traveling to Skingrad unless you are ready to trigger the main quest ‘Find the Heir’ at Kvatch. Then, head east from Skingrad and follow the road about halfway to Kvatch. When you see the fork in the river below, turn south to find Fort Istirus.
Secondly, when you get to Fort Istirus, face the main door outside. Then, turn left and you will see a stone archway. Next, go through the archway and go around the outside of the fort to the right. As you come around the backside of the fort you will see some rocks off to the left. Go look around the backside of those rocks and the Dagger of Depletion will be on the ground next to a skeleton.
Significantly, the dagger can be hard to see against the brown stone. Move the crosshair around until you see the outline of the dagger. Additionally, it will also be right next to a Potion of Resistance.
