To get the Dual Katana, you’ll need to travel to Orange Town, which becomes accessible around level 100.
- Once you’re a high enough level (100+), spawn a boat and head to Orange Town, an early-mid game island.
- From the main dock, go up the stairs and turn left. You’ll see the Rare Sword Dealer NPC standing at the base of a building, across from Joy Pirate Hunter.
- Speak to the Rare Sword Dealer NPC and buy the dual katana for $5,000 in-game currency.
