Deltarune Chapter 4 is full of hidden references and secrets to uncover, especially in the Dark World. Among the most potent equipment items you can find in the chapter is the Goldwidow armor. It boosts all stats at a small cost to your dark dollar collection. However, the window to obtain the item is fairly small, and if you don’t know what to look for, you can miss it entirely.
How To Get the Goldwidow Armor in Deltarune
To get the Goldwidow armor, you have to donate 9,999 dark dollars at the waterfall past Old Man Gerson’s study. However, you will not get the armor immediately at the waterfall. Instead, progress to the Second Sanctuary and obtain it from a similar waterfall there.
From Old Man Gerson’s study, head upstairs and enter the first doorway. Make a left at the intersection ahead to find the waterfall. There, donate 9,999 dark dollars or more. Then, progress the story by solving the giant piano mystery and entering the Second Sanctuary.
Once you reach the Second Sanctuary, you cannot backtrack. Therefore, make the full donation beforehand. When you encounter a similar waterfall in the Second Sanctuary, its room will contain a chest. Inside the chest is the reward for your donation, which will be Goldwidow if you donated 9,999 dark dollars or more. You can also receive other items based on your donation amount:

Goldwidow Armor Stats and Use
Goldwidow is one of the best armors you can find in the game up until Chapter 4. It has high defensive stats and gives a small boost to both attack and magic. The only downside is a slight reduction in the amount of dark dollars you earn. Goldwidow can be equipped to any character besides Noelle and is universally good to have, regardless of your chosen route. Here are all the stats for the item:
