In Borderlands 4, there are two methods to get your hands on most legendary items. The first one is to explore the vast map of the game and look for the chests, while the second one requires you to take down specific enemies in the game. Of the two methods mentioned above, the second one is the more reliable option.
To obtain the Legendary SMG, you need to farm a boss in the game, called Mimicron, which you can find in the Tipping Point Order Bunker, located in the Idolator’s Noose region within the Fadefields. Additionally, refer to the image above to arrive at the exact location. When you reach the bunker, you will find its entrance protected by an immune shield. To gain access, you must first collect a Locust Canister from a nearby dispenser and throw it at the gate to remove the blockade.
However, before you can do this, you need to complete the main story mission One Fell Swoop. Once inside the bunker, you will face the boss Mimicron, a challenging enemy known for his ability to create confusing copies of himself. This mimic ability makes the fight more difficult and requires strong crowd control weapons.
