Piranhado is a potent Lost Witchcraft Power that summons a Piranhado, a tornado of piranhas when an enemy is hit by both a Hex and an Aura effect. This Piranhado pulls enemies towards it and deals considerable physical damage over 12 seconds, with a cooldown of 20 seconds.

How To Unlock Piranhado

To unlock Piranhado, players must seek out Forgotten Altars scattered throughout Sanctuary. These rare altars can be found in specific dungeons in Diablo 4, such as Pits, Nightmare Dungeons, and Root Holds. Here’s how to increase your chances of finding a Forgotten Altar:

  1. Progress the Seasonal Questline: Start by completing the seasonal quests related to the Witchcraft Powers. This will unlock these powers and enhance your chances of encountering Forgotten Altars.
  2. Search for Forgotten Altars: These altars spawn randomly in dungeons. Higher Torment tiers increase the chances of finding an altar, with a 5% chance at Torment IV. Drinking a Draught of Whispers Elixir can double this chance to 10%.
  3. Explore Thoroughly: When navigating dungeons, explore every corner and hidden area to maximize your chances of discovering an altar. Use the Draught of Whispers Elixir before beginning your runs.
  4. Persistence is Key: Finding a Forgotten Altar that grants Piranhado can be challenging. Keep running dungeons and exploring until you locate the altar that unlocks Piranhado.
