You must fulfil certain prerequisites before embarking on the Sanguine’s Rose journey in Oblivion Remastered. These are:
- Reach Level 8: You must first reach Level 8 to access the Sanguine quest.
- Cyrodilic Brandy bottle: Once you have reached the required level, you will need a Cyrodilic Brandy bottle for the quest. You can easily purchase the Brandy bottle from a merchant in Imperial City.
Once you fulfil both requirements, head to the Sanguine Shrine, located in the northern region of Skingrad, northeast of Kvatch. After arriving at the shrine, give the brandy as an offering. Next, you will receive the task of entering a dinner party at Castle Leyawiin and casting Stark’s Reality spell on the guests.
Obtaining Sanguine’s Rose in Oblivion Remastered
As mentioned above, you need to attend the dinner party at Castle Leyawiin. To do so, take help from the attached image and arrive at the castle during the night. A guard will stop you at the entrance. You must wear a Blue Velvet outfit or bribe the guard to enter the party.
Once you pass the guards and reach the dining hall, you will see several guests seated at the table. Next, use Stark’s reality spell on them to complete the objective. After that, exit the premises as quickly as possible, as the guards will be alerted. However, if you fail to escape, do not worry—you will only be sent to jail for one in-game day.
For the final step of the quest, return to the Sanguine Shine. After your arrival, interact with it to receive Sanguine’s Rose as a reward.
