Here we will be discussing all the various ways in which you can acquire silver coins and become wealthy in V Rising.

The much-awaited update 1.1 for V Rising is at our doorsteps, nearly one year after the 1.0 update last May. With each game, it encourages you to spend mindfully. Silver coins are an essential commodity to hoard in quantity at all times. They are also one of the primary currencies used in V Rising to acquire all your needs.
These items could include a variety of things, such as cosmetics, plant seeds, tools, and gemstones, among many others. Let us take a look at how we can acquire Silver Coins in V Rising.
How To Get Silver Coins in V Rising
Silver coins are definitely one of the rarer sights in the game. But that only heightens the taste after acquiring them. There are multiple ways through which you can find silver coins. Let us look at these methods.
Looting People or Treasure Chests

One of the best ways, but not a regular occurrence, is looting people. Always make it a point to give yourself a few extra seconds to loot any of the bodies you have downed. While you may not always get a silver coin out of this method, the chance that you do makes up for it. Focus on killing Paladins, Priests, Merchants, or Nobles, as they have a higher probability of dropping silver coins. Do note that killing a merchant will remove the ability to trade with them until they respawn or you find another one wandering about.
While looting through enemy camps, you may also stumble upon a treasure chest. Keep your eyes wide open and loot these to acquire some extra silver coins. Apart from enemy camps, you could also find these chests at abandoned farms, bandit strongholds, or even fortified towns.
Raiding Convoys or Caravans
While in PvP or co-op servers, there are times when you get to intercept caravans or convoys on their tracks. These are likely to hoard a good, rare loot of silver coins. But keep in mind that a strong set of coordination and some high-tier gear would aid your quest.
Turn Copper Coins Into Silver Coins

Copper coins are much more attainable compared to silver coins. While these coins can have their own uses, you can rather have them converted into silver coins by a simple method.
- Firstly, head to the Shady Merchants Camp near the Bandits Trading Camp. Once there, you should approach the Shady Goods Dealer and interact with him.
- Look for some of the bandit weapons he owns, such as the Lumberjack’s Axe. Using your copper coins, purchase the weapons.
- Now, head to any of the other Shady Merchant camps if you want to buy more weapons. Approach the Shady Goods Dealers over there and buy some weapons from them as well.
- Head back to your base. Now go to the room in which you have ‘The Devourer.’ Interact with it and toss in all the weapons that you purchased.
- Once the process of salvaging begins, they will convert into silver coins.
Happy hunting!
