The Skyhunter Bow introduced in Diablo 4 is pretty useful when it comes to completing difficult activities like The Pit, Nightmare Dungeons, or the Infernal Hordes introduced in Season 5. If you have a useful Rogue build in the game, then this Unique bow could definitely live up to your expectations in various battles.

Unless you have a Rogue class build, this item is useless to you because it is exclusive to that class. There are a few ways that you can obtain this item while playing Diablo 4:

  • Despite it being “unique,” you can obtain it via simple methods like opening chests in World Tier 3 and World Tier 4. It is a pretty rare find, though. Participating in World Events like Gathering Legions, slaying World Bosses, and running Nightmare Dungeons will increase your chances of receiving Skyhunter.

  • We have also found that this weapon can be obtained after opening chests during Helltide Events. Just keep on the tail of each Helltide spawning on the map and keep farming Cinder to open chests.

  • Using the Purveyor of Curiosity can also help you purchase this piece of gear easily if you have enough Murmuring Obols. However, it is a bit of a gamble because the rarity of the received gear ranges from Magic to Mythic Unique items.

  • While the loot is random in the game, the online community seems to have a consensus on farming the Skyhunter bow from bosses like Lord Zir and Varshan.

Skyhunter Stats in Diablo 4

What will grinding for Skyhunter give you? (Source: Blizzard Entertainment)

Whenever you use a skill that uses stacks of Precision, that skill will gain a 20 to 60% increase to its critical strike damage. Not only that, but it will also get a 30 to 60 Energy gain. This weapon has the following Stats and Affixes:

  • +[196 – 250]% Critical Strike Damage
  • +[1-2] Stutter Step
  • +[16.5 – 20]% Attack Speed
  • +[27 – 45]% Chance for Marksman Projectiles to Cast Twice

All of these stats make this weapon great for almost every battle situation. So, whenever you find yourself getting tired of the grind, just remember what all you could be missing out on. Besides, whenever it gets too much, you can resort to one of the “easier” methods we mentioned about gambling at the Purveyor of Curiosity.
