Here’s a quick guide to help you get the Spider-Man Spider-Punk 2099 costume in Marvel Rivals without unnecessary confusion.

Spider-Punk 2099 is coming to Marvel Rivals! All the Spider-people can now rejoice because one of the coolest costumes in the Spider-Verse is getting a new look. The Spider-Punk 2099 costume is a “cyberpunk” take on the Spider-Punk character. Don’t get confused by the term “2099” because, unfortunately, Miguel O’Hara won’t be involved. The new Spider-Man costume instead looks like a combination of Spider-Punk and the Daft Punk costume from Insomniac’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Acquiring the Spider-Punk 2099 Costume in Marvel Rivals

If you are somebody who is confused about how to get this costume, we are here to guide you. The skin will become available in the game starting March 21, 2025, at 2:00 AM UTC. When it is in the game, you can acquire it using the following steps:

Launch the game and log in. After logging in, navigate to the Store tab from the timeline at the top.
Now, the new skin should be in the Featured section alongside Iron Man’s Steam Power skin. If it is not found there, you can scroll over to the Costumes section instead. Those who still struggle to find the costume should instead head over to the Hero Profile for Spider-Man, and check for the new skin in the Costumes section under the Cosmetics tab here.
No matter where you are, whether in the Store or Hero Profile, click on the skin and select Buy. You can either buy the skin or the entire bundle. Although we are not sure about the price yet, it is possible that the skin will cost 2,000 Units and its bundle 2,200 Units.
Make the purchase and the cosmetics are now yours.

Players can also equip the cosmetics using the following steps:

Immediately after the purchase, you will be asked to equip the costume right away. You can do so with the prompt shown on the screen.
Now, head to the Hero Profile for Spider-Man once more and then to the Cosmetics tab. You can now equip the MVP, Emote, and Spray here.
Lastly, don’t forget to equip the new Nameplate. For this, go to your Career Overview in the top-right section from the Home Screen, then head to the Customizations tab to equip the new Nameplate.
